I am a British citizen considering working in the US under an L1 visa. When I was young (16 or 17, I forget which, it was so long ago) I received a police caution. I am now 48 and have not received any conviction since.

Will this prevent me from obtaining an L1 visa?

I've kept this a secret from my Wife - it was a long time ago when I was stupid and different and never want it to come out. Will it be disclosed on the form for her to see?
