Hello,

I am new to this forum, I joined because I have an issue and am seeking for possible solutions. I am not a U.S. citizen, I used to live in the U.S. legally for almost 6 years because I attended college in Florida. I moved back to my home country in 2007.

4 weeks ago, my ex-girlfriend came to visit me for one week. She is a U.S. citizen. About 4 days ago, she called me over the phone to tell me that she is pregnant with my baby. So, after learning this, I want to be able to move back to the States, and work, legally of course. So I want to know if there is a type of VISA I should apply to since I am going to have a baby with a U.S. citizen?

Also, if we get married, I know I get a green card, so if we decide to go down that path and I get a green card, how long does this process take? How long do I have to wait until I can start working? Please someone help, I need answers quickly since time is short.

Anyone?? Please help!
