I was granted Withholding of Removal by Immigration Judge, Baltimore due to late filing of my Asylum Application, four years ago. Now I have gotten Sponsorship and have approved I-140 handy. Can I apply I-485 when visas will be available? I will appreciate an expert opinion by anyone. Thanks.
