Hello, My name is John and my fiancé from Australia has made it via K1 visa.
My question is now what? She wants to work as soon as possible so I'm about to file an I 765 (EAD) . I've read that I can file this as a k1 holder but then in the instructions it says I can file it as long as I have a pending application for adjustment. But in order to file that I need to be married first. Does anyone know for sure to help me. What do I do next? Then after the marriage? Thank you,
