Hi...I have a dilemma. I had a boyfriend for a long time before I came to US. We were together for 7 yrs and he never mentioned anything about marriage until after I came to the United States. I did get married and started the paperwork right away for my now husband to come to the US with me. During the process I traveled 2-3 times a year to keep my relationship going. I paid for everything for me to go visit him and his green card. Every time I would go visit him; we would have arguments because he was very indifferent with me and acted as he was bothered with me. A lot of friends said that he was using me and one of them affirmed in front of him that he said that he was with me just to get his green card. I still did it and he's been in the US for only months which has been hell because there is not communication and he doesn't care about it. Our last argument I told him to leave the house and keep the green card because that's what he wanted and obviously he prefers to be with everyone but me. He left three weeks ago and he filed for divorced. I feel used and everyone saw how he manipulated everything. I want him to go back. How do I get his green card cancel for what he did? His love was fake as he told some people there for what he did was illegal but I don't know how to go about it. Please help.
