I was convicted in 2006 of disorderly conduct , and deported shortly after for a 6 year overstay , I entered on a 3 month visa .
My question is do I stand any chance of getting a D3 visa , or as I can obtain a solid offer of work from a large US company do I stand any chance of an H1B/H2B visa ?
Any reliable information is appreciated , I'm a UK citizen .
