Greetings!
I have a friend who was engaged to a woman here in the states and she filled out the petition for a K-1 visa for him and after 2 yrs. it was finally approved last week. They have known each other for about 4 yrs. and were to be married. Now he has already made his plans to come, already has found a job here and she is saying she doesn't want to get married.

He wants to know if he comes and starts to work will he be able to stay indefinitely even if he doesn't get married to her, or will his visa and green card end after 3 months?
