> Violating Foreign Laws, Violating U.s. Laws
What's the idea behind thinking that someone who illegally comes to the U.S. will not continue to conduct illegal activities? The first step illegal step was already done when the person decided to break the law to get into the U.S. So, isn't that a clear indication that the illegal actives will continue? Or will someone who is on the right side of the border all of a sudden become legit?

Legal immigrants must go through a background check, and those with bad records are not being let in. However, who checks an illegal's record? Illegal immigrants are not only a problem because nobody knows what they have done in the past, but also because nobody knows what they are capable of doing.

Where did the Immigration Reform go?????

Why do you think because they have crossed into this country searching for a better life for themselves and their families
that they will continue criminal activities, when for most their only crime is looking for a better life.
Did it ever occur to you that they are poor, it would take maybe years for them to come here "legally" and it would cost more than these people can afford.
Should we deport some AMERICANS to another country because they don't pay their taxes, are too lazy to work so they live off of the welfare system, or they fake an injury and take advantage of workers compensation. Don't pretend that there are
not plenty of Americans that are criminals, our prisons are full of them.
