am a dependant on my husbands E2 status we are both UK citizens have 2 UK citizen sons a USA citizen daughter age 2 we have been here since May 20th 2006 never left the country and stayed in status, unfortunately my husband wants to go back UK and we are thinking of splitting up I definitely do not want to leave USA at all but if he leaves the country I will be illegal, what I'm asking is there anyway I can stay on the fact that my daughter is a US citizen and I desperately want to raise her here I have a good job and can support all my children as a single parent but don't know what to do next
