Hi

I have a friend who is currently in UK on a student visa. I would like to sponsor his trip to USA during Christmas for a week.

Since his passport issuing authority is India and he is currently in UK past Sep 2010, will be treated as in the Visa waiver form or his Visa will be treated in the same when a Person is coming from India as a visitor.

Please let me know the details or online link which can help me in this case.
