> Uk Citizen: Question Re: H1-b Visa, Should I be Cautious?
Dear all,

The H1-B is a Temporary Worker visa and is valid for a number of years; the H1-B visa application is made by companies wishing to employ from overseas.

A great number of these applicants originate from the Indian subcontinent. After receiving advice from a member of this forum (thanks Bobby) who suggested that the H1-B may be an option I might consider, I registered to another site who specialized in H1-B advice and placements.

After a day or so, I was contacted by the web admin who requested my resume. I duly forwarded this to him and was consequently referred to an intermediary (recruitment agent). This agency processes H1-B applications.

QUESTION: Should I be cautious about this method? Are there any pitfalls that I need to take into account.

Thanks in advance for any help and advice.
