Please help me evaluate my chances getting B2

1. I am Single, 30 years old
2. I have been in Dubai for 5 years and working in my present employer for 21 months
3. I have investment in the Philippines (House and Lot)
4. I traveled to Singapore, Germany (twice), Netherlands, Australia, UK
5. I have my sister with me here in Dubai, the rest of the family are in the Philippines
6. My money on my bank account is around $1,000 (what do you suggest how much money I need to put in?)

I was previously denied because Consul said that bank account is not enough. This is my second application. The first one was Travel History not enough and bank statement not stable. But I don't understand, why some didn't ask for documents?
