My company wants to send me down to the States for some work, for about a month period. It will be some good work experience for me. Can I just use my
B1 visa for that? I know I am doing professional work there and I am not being paid by the US company. Or I will have to get another visa?
I am just a Canadian permanent resident. I hold a Hong
Kong passport. The only US visa I have is the traveling visa and the B1 visa. My company has branches in the States as well and I
work for the Canadian branch. Hope I can get some help. Thanks.
