Does anybody tell me how long does it take the USCIS to process I 130 petitions? I am a permanent resident since 2003 and I got married in 2005 and I filed a I 130 petition for my spouse in the same year 2005. since that time, I have been checking the processing dates on the USCIS website, where I find the same date posted every time I check these dates. Does these dates really move? Due to the h1 b visa holders, where they can bring their spouses with them as soon as they get married, it is really becoming a problem for the permanent residents for making their spouses family members to believe that this process is a long a process. Is there any other way where the permanent residents can bring in their spouses.
