hi everyone I am here again to ask help from anyone who have experience on my case
I am in USA since 2002 when I apply for asylum I was referred to IJ in new York city the IJ granted me withholding of removal in 2005 when I appeal from BIA I my appeal was deny. then I still with my withholding
I am married and my wife is overseas I did not see her since 2002 I cannot go back to my country it not safe ( I am from Mauritania even last month the military take the power by coup in my country )
my wife from different country than me
now she really said she tired she maybe going to ask for divorce I love her very much we been married since 1997 I support her the best I can
she applied for visitor visa but the the us embassy refuse here for more than 3 time
my question is :
1- is there anything with your experiences that can help me see my
wife to save my family ?
2--what I can from here in USA to help her getting visitor visa
even just for 1 week ?
3-- what I can do about my case to adjust my status other than than divorcing my love one and married with us citizen ?
please help
