I have evidence that this Muslim married me only to obtain papers. He has abandoned the marriage after staying the required number of years as required by law.

2. How do I withdraw the petition I filed for him to become a US citizen?

I'd like to know as well. I think my husband is also married to me only for papers and we still have a year for the conditional resident card becomes permanent. I want to know what can i do, if he leaves right after the end date.

Well, if he still a conditional Permanent Resident, so you don't have to file the Removing Condition for him, so he will not get his Permanent Green Card, and lost his conditional green card.
