I am Canadian, who is engaged to an American. We would like to get married and both live in the USA. Is there anyone out there that can help us with these following questions / concerns:

1. If we were to get married in the USA, is there are designated time that we have to get married, or can it be on any day?

2. If we are able to get married at anytime, do I have to wait the 6 months to 1 year for work (papers processing)...or can I work immediately?

3. What are the requirements of my American fiancé to sponsor me?
