My son is looking into going to college back in UK. We are Permanent residents and I wasn't sure if there are any rules we should know about in my children studying abroad. Special paperwork, visas. The second part of my question is, their father is still living in the UK paying his taxes etc, so will the children be classed as foreign students or not. I have searched and searched everywhere and cannot find any answers. I don't want to presume they can and then them get reprimanded for doing so. It took long enough to get to where we are now.
