I got my temporary green card/conditional green card based on marriage, which is expired this year on August 2008. I am not sure if I will able to remove my conditional green card because my husband was murder/homicide case after we married only for six months. I have been going to therapist to recovery from my trauma since he got gunshot in front of me.

I have all of proves about what happen to him such as the report from LAPD, some of stories about what happen that published in news paper and TV station. I have a good job to support my self.

I would highly appreciate if you can give me any idea what I suppose to do in order to remove the conditional. I do not want to stay in this country illegally but I do love to stay in this country around the memory of my husband and take care of his cat.
