I came to US with having J-1 visa. After, applied for asylum, did not pass the interview and had to go to the court. Before first hearing got married and went to the hearing with the copy of sent I-130 application. I am still in removal procedure and need to cancel it. Just got the approval on I-130 application. How I can cancel removal procedure so I can apply for the green card? Can I do it myself or I have to have an attorney? Thanks Katerina
