Hello All
My situation is as follows;
my husband has a permanent resident card and has applied for the US Citizenship about two years ago.
we never heard any thing back from the INS. He also has an outstanding traffic ticket in NJ
Now he needs to go to Turkey and my question is
will he have any trouble coming back to the US.????
