I am an illegal alien from Chile since 1992. I understand that if you stay more than a year after your visa expired, you can not return to the good USA for 10 years.
Anybody knows the details of this law. Is this law retroactive? all this happened after 9/11 and of course the only one who got screwed were the "Latinos".
