My family and I came to us under E2 visa. We bought a business and paid all money for it before coming but after coming we found out the business has problem and our layer gave us wrong information ,we are trying to find another business to buy. We didn't get our money from first seller yet and the purchase doesn't cancel legally yet. Because of this problem and don't have a business now, in our situation is it problem for us in immigration? What must we do now? We are so worry about that. please help us.

I can only recommend that with so much money involved, visas running out, you are trying to buy a new business, you MUST contact a lawyer who knows what he is doing. Don't try to do this all on your own. It will cost some thousands of dollars, but to avoid any problems it is the ONLY way to go.

Thank you so much for reply. Because of the problems for buying an existing business may I start a business for myself, it means to rent or buy a store and starting a new business on it.
