In 2002 my sister was diagnosed with cancer, she was a single mother of four children. It became necessary for me to begin caring for her children. They were my nieces and nephew. Since that time I have clearly demonstrated my willingness to sacrifice my personal and professional time to help my sister throughout her medical ordeal. I also took full responsibility for the children. When I was able to care for them directly I ensured that proper supervision was in place. I provide them with food, clothes, medical care, schooling and moral support.
Beginning in 2002 I commuted back and forth on several occasions to reside in the South America my efforts to care for and raise the children while also taking care of my responsibilities at home. I was required to return to the United States for necessary responsibilities i.e. my dependents,
employment and residence upkeep. I was always actively involved in the day-to-day care of my nieces and nephew in Paraguay. I truly care about the welfare of the children and want what is best for them.
My sister battled her illness for almost 5 years finally succumbing to cancer and passing on April, 13th 2007. It was her last will and testament for me, to take care and custody of her children. This did in fact toke place. I adopted all 4 nephews
The complete adoption process was finalized in December, 2007.
My time living with the children is documented by my
passport records, plane tickets, electric bills, medical bills, etc. It is my hope and intension to carry out my sister’s final wishes as expressed in her will and bring them with me to the United States where I reside since 1982, I apply for immigration after several months they send me letter DENIAL my case I according to them they need me demonstrated 2 years period with them I cannot do that
because my job is here I will lost my job if I move there.
