I've been a permanent resident alien for 23-24 years (I'm 28) and have served in the US Army from 1997-1999. I was wondering if I have to fill out a different or extra form, and if I have to pay more or less. Basically I need to know if I have to do anything different than a normal civilian application. All I can find is information about active duty or recently discharged soldiers.
