Hello All,

I want to petition for my husband's sons, my step sons. I petitioned for my husband and he is not a permanent resident. USCIS said they would get immediate visa numbers since I am a US Citizen and there would be no waiting time b/c they fall under immediate relatives. His sons are 6 and 13 and both live in the Dominican Republic. If I petition for them now (Oct 7th), how long will it take for them to come here? We are trying to figure it out so we can prepare travel arrangements for them. Okay, thanks a lot all.
