Hai, I m one of the Registered Nurse, CGFNS holder. One of US agent filed my petition for immigrant visa in 2003. And I have got USCIS approval letter and no. In 2006 same agent contd. and asked to sent few more papers same I did. When I rang to USCIS they said my papers have been approved by them, therefore I rang NVC one lady in NVC said they have returned my all document to USCIS as USCIS requested same although I have issued a VISA no. by NVC. I rang USCIS again they r saying they haven't recd my any paper back from USCIS. At present US agent disappeared. Although I have got VISA screen certificate. Anybody have any advice what I should do next.
