Hello to everyone,

I am actually a US citizen my fiancée is a Canadian citizen currently in her 3rd year of a Registered Nursing degree. Because she is not licensed yet and wont be until after she finishes her 4th year in May 2009 she does not qualify for the TN Visa.

We are hoping she can come to the US for the summer 2008 months. She can come as a visitor without any problems but she would like to work those months as preparation towards her 4th and final year in the RN program. She would like work paid or unpaid as a regular summer employee or maybe just an internship.

Looking for guidance as to what visa would be best for her in this case. I would appreciate any input.
