My wife has no SS# and can not be on my insurance. She recently had to go to the ER. I tried to apply for aid because she wasn't covered under my insurance. You can't get assistance if you don't have a ss#. If She had a SS# she wouldn't need the assistance. It makes no sense and we just received a bill for $8,000. HELLLP!! please
