my wife is a Chinese national, she has been here two years and has her green card extended for one more year.
We don't get along to well and probably will divorce and she will return to China.
If I meet another lady after the divorce( from China) I wonder if I will have any problems filing another petition for her. I don't know what USCIS rules are on filing another petition.
Anybody been thru this situation?

maybe not. I married one girl for 11 years, then we split and I married her cousin for 8 years, and wouldn't ya know it, now we're splitting and I'm wondering if the embassy would freak if I wanted to marry another cousin! all in the family I guess
