My friend has asked me if I could find out information for her she is married but, wants a divorce there is a daughter born here in the states, she has had her green card since Aug 1991 and has still two years on it. She has told me that her marriage doesn't work out anymore, she has a job and they have more than one real estate property, and her concern was if she would lose all there real estate and get sent back to Europe, should she get a divorce.
