this is my situation; my daughter is trying to come stateside from the Philippines. My daughters petitioner, her stepmom, mistakenly filled out the national visa center form "application for immigrant visa," without her maiden name. so basically it doesn't match her birth certificate name by missing the maiden name.

now my question is what steps do I or the petitioner or anyone involved in this should do so that we can correct the name to have her FULL name as shown on her birth certificate, or does it not need to be corrected?
