Hello sis here is my store we file I-130 in 2000 my father was the
person who filled the case for my mother (his wife )and for my 3
sisters and brother notice that was in 2000 they only thing we
received was our receipt number from USCIS the SRC-00-******* now
after we received that we where told they will contact us. they never
did for 2,3. years I heard about the USCIS website and started to
check the case online cause USCIS number was just full of ignorant
Representative who does knows so Little about their job I called
1800-375-8283 almost every Monday for a year or so I know exactly what
you mean RUDE sad eyes
after all one day when I check my case online it say the case was
approved it still say that as of today. so I called my USCIS favorite
number and say my story "yes mama your case was approved and the
notice was send to you and it was returned by the post office. so I
ask if the approve letter can be send to me I was told I have to pay
$200 dollar for each kids and that will be $200x4=800 plus my mother
after sending the money and form for duplicated they call it approval
letter we where inform they denied our request because since the case
was approved in 2000 it was too long to go back and send the
information which we never got the first place now we are just here
not knowing what to do the funny thing is they don't return your money
we where told to apply for I-130 again when I was at the USCIS a week
ago where do you go and who do you talk to about this things now the
case has been pending now its too long who's fault is it that it took
that long ? anyone know what we should do ? hiring a lawyer will cost
even more than what we have already spend I been searching and
searching online and I end up in this website now let me cry out here
