Hi,

I would like to know how long does an Administrative Process take for a clearance? My aunt sponsored us in 1992 and we had an Interview on September 06,2005 in Pakistan, we got the visas but my father was told that it will take only 45 days and then they will give him the visa as well. So now it has been 2 years already and we still didn't hear from the embassy. I have been calling the embassy and still get the same answer that the case is pending! So anybody with some answers and solutions or how to speed up the process please help? so please help. If you need any more info, you can ask.
