> I Had Misrepresented Marital Status.
Hi,
My mom applied petition last 13 years ago and I'm now in U.S.A. and got green card.
I got married before I got interview for my visa. People said that I shouldn't tell that I am already got married. So I got afraid and I said I am single and didn't mention about my husband and son when I got interviewed for visa.
Now I got my green card 5 months ago and would like to apply for my son and husband.
Since I lied about my marital status, I know I can't just apply my husband. Either I get divorce first then remarried again. Now I learned about that immigration might find out about it and will get deportation.

What should I do now?
Should I just apply for my son as a single mom?
Can they still find out about it?

Thank you.
