I am in the US military stationed in Germany; I met a woman from Trinidad and we are to get married in San Antonio, she has the stamps to enter the US. She has a valid Trinidad passport and will obtain the necessary visa stamp for Germany to be here in June; my question is will she be able to legally live here with me until we obtain her citizenship? Time is not an issue, I have 3 years on my tour.
