OMG where can we go and what can we do??? My son met a girl in Mexico while on a movie shoot. She said everything and won him over only he was the only one who believed her, filed for a fiancé visa spent every dime on her and her daughter got them over here paid for a beautiful wedding, and when they got back from the honeymoon all hell broke lose. Before he brought her here the US HOMELAND SECURITY in Texas kept him in a room by himself for over 4 hours trying to tell him that this women was a known prostitute and that she just wanted to get to America, he didn't believe them and signed a paper stating he knew she was a prostitute and didn't care. Because in his heart he believed her. WELL guess what she was a nightmare, never took care of her child, baths, combed her hair made sure she had breakfast before school, never looked for a job to help the family, threw things, tried to kill my son by jumping on his back and putting her hands around his neck until he tured blue, did he report it NO he is a smart man and didn't want people to think he was not a man. This only got worse, she stopped taking the pill and got pregnant. She ran out in the middle of the night and took her 5 year old daughter walking the streets of Hollywood until she could find someone to take her to the border, my son found her and put her on a last min. flight to Arizona where all her illegal family members live. She then said she was going to have a baby, her own family would not help her after 2 months and her sister called me and told me to be careful as she was "not right in the head" and slept all day, lied everyday about everything, would not take care of her daughter and was lazy and dirty....Here we are 2 years after the baby and she has taken everything from my son, the domino effect has hit him, he is losing his home, car, credit etc. He will be filing Bankruptcy within the next 60 days and losing his home to foreclosure, and his truck is being repossed. After working all his life for a credit score of almost 800 he is now almost homeless. BE AWARE THAT THESE WOMEN/GIRLS ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR A TICKET TO AMERICA AND WILL SAY AND DO WHAT EVER IT TAKES TO GET HERE. Even though the US GOVERNMENT, and his family tried to warn him he listened to his heart and lost it all including his only son as she took off and lives 3 hours away so he can't see him unless he pays her money to see him. WHAT CAN WE DO NOW????? ANYONE????? PLEASE HELP US?????

What a mess your son is in! I can only recommend a couple of things to get him straightened out:

* He should get divorced
* He should apply for custody
* He should work with all the credit card agencies and tell them the problems (Experian, Equifax and Transunion)
* He needs plenty witnesses that can proof the story you are telling
* Get a lawyer to do the legal paperwork

There is no happy ending to this story. Your son ***BANNED WORD*** up and now need to deal with it.

thank you for your reply, we have gotten two different attorney's and no help, lost another 13 thousand dollars and got one attorney from a fathers rights group, applied for custody and the judge said he was a controlling man and that was why he wanted his kid, we have plenty of witnesses and the judge says not important, we are now in court with a judge who loves this act that this women is putting on and will not give my son anything in the way of his son. the story gets worse where she is living and how, but the judge doesn't care. This is our worst nightmare and will never end until the baby is grown...any one know how to turn her in to deport due to fraud???? tried many things on line and all I get it help not to get deported, where do you call to deport people who are not here legal????
