Does anyone know where the Mexican embassy in Houston is?

There is no Mexican embassy in Houston, only a consulate at:

4506 Caroline St.
Houston, Texas 77004

The line is always big there. Go before lunch if you can. Prepare to wait. I think that goes for most embassies.
