my mother has dual citizenship, us and Canada. she lives in Canada. can she get medical care in the us?

the medical care situation depends on where she qualifies to receive benefits. where does she work? does she have benefits through her work? Doesn't Canada offer good benefits btw? You should do some research about what her employer offer, what she actually needs, etc. There is a lot of good info online, but start with the local information channels and be sure to ASK AS MANY AS POSSIBLE. You have nothing to loose but the time it takes to do it....
