What can I do I'm married to an illegal immigrant for nearly 6 yrs now. We have 3 children together. He is now being detained for deportation. I have just found out this will be the 3rd time, but he has already been in the US for nearly 16 years. Is there any way to help him???

I would hire an immigration attorney. It seems like he has been here long enough. Does he have a passport or anything. I would just get an attorney! Good Luck!
