Hello,

I have changed my name through naturalization process. So when I took my oath, I received a Citizenship certificate, and a name change certificate. Unfortunately, I could no longer find the name change certificate. Does anyone know what is the procedure of getting a replacement for name change? I have called INS helpline, but to no avail.
