quick question:

An undocumented friend is planning to marry his us citizen girlfriend soon... and filling for green card immediately since his father back in Mexico is very ill and he want to be with him before he passes. is there any way that he can travel ASAP after his marriage? will he get in trouble if he does? also... word of mouth have said that if you marry in us you run the risk of been deported ...but I've read that if your undocumented you can marry in the us depending on which STATE you do so (like, Las Vegas) without the risk of being deported, is that right?

is there is no need to marry out of the country? BUT, if you do does it still count in US for immigration purposes. how long will the person have to wait to reenter.

I only have one advice: Get an immigration lawyer to deal with this!
