How long does it take to get a green card, I file my sister papers going on 4yrs now, Each time I go to Immigration center. They don't even look up the number, They just tell you they are working on 15 yrs back.

If you are saying that your sister has applied for a green card through a relative (you), then depending on your nationality there are many years wait (backlog). I have heard about something call INFO PASS. You could check that up and talk to Immigration Center.
