I am trying to help my pen pal from China to go to school in America. She needs insurance. The embassy requires it. Does anyone know of a good insurance company in the US I can contact?

I can only recommend you to go to the school where you want your friend to attend. Ask an advisor or someone in charge. They should be able to help you as they will know exactly what you need.
