My husband is here on a K-1 Visa. We married in May. The beginning of July we filed the packet of documents that will allow him to work legally in the US. Does any one know the approximant processing times for this? He is an Indian national, and everything is correct and processed correctly so far. I just wondered if anyone else has some knowledge or personal experience with this?
