I forgot to send my I-129f package. I only sent I-129f and $455 check in January 09. Since then i have been working on the package and it is ready to go. When they get to my application, will they denied it or will request for further evidence? thanks a lot

Have been dealing with immigration for 3 years now. They will notify you that it is incomplete and will either ask to have it all re-submitted or just the missing items. Best advise be ready redo the package so it is ready to go if need be. Best of luck to you its a long process. I have a I-601 wavier we are waiting on. Stay strong.
