I am getting ready to file, I recently lost my job, because it moved to another state. I have not found another job, If I do not have a job when I file, will this effect getting approved?

Depending on what you are filing for, having or not having a job may at time of file may impact your application. You need to be somewhat more specific.

- What visa are you on?
- Is your current visa about to expire?
- Does you visa require that you have a job?
- Does your visa require that you have a sponsor?
