Hello to everyone,
I was in USA and before I leave the states I forgot to leave my I 94 form so the put me down in department of homeland security. I become subject of removable but unfortunately I can not prove that I did not overstay in usa.
Is anybody know how I can solve the problem.

I am sure you're not the first person to forget to give back your i94 when leaving the US. But I'm sure you got some sort of proof that you left the US before your departure? You say you don't, but come on.... a credit card receipt from after you left, bus ticket, taxi receipt, ... I mean - you just have to show that you left the US within your timeframe. If you can't proof that, it sounds like you did overstay....sorry.... If I was you, I would not try to enter the US again until you get this thing straightened out.
