my friend and his Chinese wife and her daughter, just went to there interview for getting permanent residency, the officer told him that he needs to fill out another i-130 form and pay another 355.dollars for the daughter, after they have in the USA for 6 months now they both have green cards? can this be true or did he make a mistake on the paperwork
