> Want My Husband To Come And Visit Us
My name is Zu Lee, I am 26 years old, my husband is 24 years old and our baby is 3 years old. I am a nurse in my country and I have my bachelor degree in nursing validated by WES (World Education Services) in the USA. I already improve my English TOEFL 80, but I need to pass the board exam (NCLEX-RN). I have a sponsor here a good friend of my husband and me. However, my daughter and I need and miss my husband so much because he continue in our country.

My husband is trying to obtain an F2 visa based on my F1 visa.

I am here with an F1 visa. However, I change my status from tourist to student in December 2006 in order to get more time to fix my baby documents (Change the last name), and improve my English (Big situation).

The first time my husband present to the embassy was in February 2006 He applied for an B1 visa, but we were not married, and our baby does not have his last name because she was born here premature and I left this country with my baby under my last name.

The second time my husband had to present to the embassy; the embassy told my husband that he was too young and he did not have anything to tie to our country. The second time he presented to the embassy was on December 2006. The American embassy denied the F-1 visa because:

1. I was registered yet in the University, but the classes did not start until January
2. our baby was born here and the Medicaid cover it. (it was an emergency I was 35 weeks of pregnancy (premature) the same day I had to return to my country)

The third time my husband apply to the embassy, was January 18th, 2008 he got:

1. A Personal letter from the director of international students from temple University. with the I-20 form ( the letter specify the things that tie him to our country ( a house and his job contract) 2. A letter from our daughter school (catholic School Saint Martin of tours)3. A letter from the priest because she need to be baptized ( before we could not do it because of the last name) 4. A Letter from my sponsor that he will maintain him during the time he will be here for the baptize of our baby 5. A copy of my daughter new passport, and her new birth certificate. 6. A letter from his job IMI ( my husband is a merchant marine) he is working there since January 23, 2007 7. Prove of income (1200 soles is like $ 400 monthly) 8. An account with $ 3000 9. A copy of our marriage certificate

They denied because he does not have enough money and he does not have a year at least working.

Please we miss my husband a lot and need him more. Exist any law that can bring him here to see us?
